SEAP - HRIA Event with CEOs / HR Heads - 18th Mar 2010
Dear Fellow SEAP Members and Colleagues, I would like to invite you to a very unique event that SEAP and HRIA jointly are conducting to discuss the expectations and gaps within the CEO and HR relationship. The discussion will focus on how can CEOs provide better insights into company strategy and direction and how can HR better process information it is provided by employees and management, all in the hope that we are creating a “Valued HR” organization within our company. We expect this to be a lively discussion with very few slides. In the past SEAP members were discussing this topic at the CEO-level and HRIA was doing the same independently with its’ members. For the first time, we are trying to bring both these groups together to create a better working partnership going forward. To my fellow CEOs / Center Heads, I urge you to please not just send your HR Heads / Managers. This is about a partnership and so without CEOs being present we will not realize the true potential of this relationship. You MUST attend this event because that is the only way for us to take accountability and responsibility to enhance the potential and impact of our HR organization. I hope that all of you can make it. Please email your confirmations to
