Gaurav Mehra is a co-founder of Saba Software Inc. (NASDAQ: SABA), the leading provider of Human Capital Management solutions. He currently is the Managining Director for Saba's Indian operations, and also serves a VP of Engineering for the Global Product Management function, and is a member of the company's Executive Council and a key member of Saba's Product Strategy and Architecture teams. Gaurav has now been re-elected as SEAP President for the year 2012-2013.
As founder & CEO of Inteliment - a niche Business Analytics company, Prashant has a passion is to enable organizations unlock business value through technology-led business transformations. inder his leadership, intelliemnt has established a technology 'Center of Excellence' to promoe R & D, develop IPR & innovative solutions working with several Fortune 500 organisations. inteliment has been recognized as one of the fastest growing Innovative IT Company by Deloitte in 2008 and 2009, a winner of the Bizz Award 2010 and recipeint of Indian Innovation Award 2011. Prashant is a presenter and speaker at various international technology forums. He has been an active SEAP EC Member during 2009-2011 and is now has been re-elected as Vice President of SEAP for 2012-2013.
Abhijit Atre, is a post graduate in Finance and has been with the IT industry for more than 12 years. Currently, he is the Director - Finance (APAC) for Redknee Technologies. he also heads the shared services team and is jointly responsible for the Redknee India Operations. he has been associated with SEAP for the last 10 years. he was the first non-CEO President of Software Exporters' Association of Pune (SEAP) in 2008-2009, and continues to be an active member of the Executive Council of SEAP. he has been helping FUEL (Friends Union for Energizing Lives), a student's NGO's focused on connecting students to education and career oppurtunities and making them industry ready. He is resposncile for FUEL activities in Maharashtra.
A youthful entrepreneur, Mani comes with over 18+ years of experience in IT service delivery, general managemnet and operations. He is the President of Suma Soft Pvt. Ltd. and has worked in organizations such as Lucent Technologies and Tata Power. His key strength is his ability to define broad technology and architecture direction while keeping the business focus, with outstanding customer management. Mani has been actively associated with SEAP as a Secretary from 2008-2011 and continues to be a part of the SEAP EC for 2012-2013.
Nandu Deshpande is DGM, administration at Persistent systems in Pune and is responsible for Aryabhata-Pingala facility, building management, caterings and maintenance. Nandu has been with SEAP from the time of its inception and continues to function as SEAP co-ordinator. He is responsible for maintianing books of accounts and audit activities of SEAP.
Ashish Garodia is Director of Synygy India Pvt. Ltd. and Vice President, Global Information Systems at Philadelphia based Synygy Inc. Over the past 11 years, he has overseen the development of systems and processes that enable effective communication both internally and with Synygy's clients and vendors. he also manages India Operations, global financial reporting, sales force operations, business intelligence systems and all corporate websites and social media initiatives. prior to his joining Synygy in 1999, Mr. Garodia worked in the Technology Architecture Planning Group at Federal Express Corporation. he holds Masters Degrees in Business Adminitration (MBA) and Information Systems (MIS) from Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a BE from Bangalore University, India.
Moti Thadani heads SAS Research & Development (India) Pvt. Ltd. based in Pune. He is responsible for managing R&D operations in India, new programs and activities to suuport existing SAS business Anatytics software products and solutions, as well as facilitating the introduction of new products. He has over 20 years' experience in senior management and development roles at leading software and computer systems companies including TIBCO Software, Sun Microsystems and IBM in the U.S. and in India. Moti served as Vice-President of SEAP in 2007-08, has been an active SEAP EC member during 2010-2012 and continues to be a SEAP EC member for 2012-2013.
Swati Agarwal founded Clarion after a rich experience at Kanbay (now CapGemini Inc.) where she was working on cutting edge technologies and systems. She brings a unique blend of wide technology experience and world-class management expertise and has helped position Clarion as one of the emerging companies in the offshore technology industry. Swati was a part of the SEAP EC team for the year 2011-2012 and continues to be a SEAP member for the year 2012-2013.
Shrinivas Khot Managining Director of Shree Com Info Tech India Pvt. Ltd. is resposible for developing software's like ERP, Core Banking, CRM and custom built applications unsing web based technology, also all other company activities. Shreecom is Product base company as well as developing custom built applications on web tech. he has completed his Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree in 1990 from Walchand college of Engineering has worked in Compurt filed since 1990 means 21 years of experiene in Software as well as in Hardware Industry. Worked on BFSI domain.
Shrikant as the Profit Center head of eLearning business, overseas the day-to-day operations of TechKnit It Enabled Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Executive Director. TechKnit under C-eLT brand is a Pune based eLearning and consulting company that mainily provides high quality online e Tutoring to overseas students, contributes in content developemnt for online courses and offers consulting services to domain specific organizations. Shrikant has been a part of SEAP EC in the past and continues to be associated with SEAP as EC member for 2012-2013.
Ashutosh Parasnis has more than 30 years of industry experience in the Electronics and It industry. He has held senior management positions in Indian Opertions of MNC's such as Parametric Technologies Corporation and Tektronix. He was Managining Director of PTC Indi'a Technology Operations from 2003-2011.During his career he has managed different functional and technology areas such as Hardware R&D, Software Development, Engineering, Customer Support, Vendor Development, Localization, It and HR. He is currently working as an Independent Management Advisor to Startups/SMEs. He is also a visiting faculty with a reputed autonomous university, where he is introducing a course on Innovation for their Undergraduate Degree Course.
Dhwanit Malani has a proven and demonstrable track record in business development, consulting and delivery management focused on profit maximization, Dhwanit, with his over 18 years of experience in the IT industry has been instrumental in growth and evolution of BitWise as a global delivery organization with innovative and mature processes, enabling it to achieve ongoing customer delight.
Ashwin Megha is the CEO of SNS Technologies, Ashwin co-founded SNS Technologies and manages the technical deliveries for the projects under development, testing and Support & Maintenance. He has 17 years of experience in managing and delivering multiple, simultaneous engagements with start-ups as well as large multinational organizations. He is now a part of the SEAP EC team for the year 2012-2013.
Roopali Sunder is the HR Head for India Region at Avaya India. In this role she provides guidance on various Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Engagement, Employer Branding and Internal Communication initiatives. She is on the Avaya India Leadership Council and leads a team of HR Buinsess Partners, HR Operations for APAC and Internal Communications team supporting US, EMEA and APAC region. She is currently the President of the HR Infotech – Pune Chapter. She is now a part of the EC team for the year 2012-2013.
Shailendar Abhyankar is the Senior Vice President at SunGard. She is now a part of the EC team for the year 2012-2013. Responsible for Capital Markets and Asset Management teams that work out of Sungard’s Global Solution Centers. He is also responsible for the design and implementation of the Global Engineering Maturity (GEM) framework that recommends best practices towards efficient global service delivery.
