“SEAP has built a decade long record of creating partnership among Pune software companies by providing a platform on which all of us can get together to interact and learn from each other, and to speak with a single voice.  I hope to continue to build on this record.  We plan to continue to help build a strongly interconnected ecosystem that joins together software companies of all sizes, universities, and civil society and government to make Pune the destination of choice.  We are in the midst of an unprecedented explosion of innovation in Pune as software companies of all sizes move to increase the value we bring to our parent companies and customers, and coupled with a vibrant start-up community, we have the opportunity to substantially accelerate the growth of Pune as a software hub. 

SEAP will expand beyond our recent thrusts in the area of leadership and HR development, to begin to additionally focus on enabling the flow of technical and product management focused education as well.  We also hope to substantially expand the relationship of our member companies with universities in the Pune area and beyond into the heart of Maharashtra, and to connect our more established member companies with early-stage start-ups to provide mentoring and a helping hand.  We will also continue to lead our member companies in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility to make sure that we all focus on giving back to our community.”
